Originally from Jamaica, Courtney established himself as a respected plumber and business operator before relocating to the U.S. to expand his professional journey. With 20+ years of hands-on experience, he has a deep understanding of what it takes to deliver quality service and manage people effectively. As Director of Field Operations, Courtney oversees all maintenance coordination, vendor relations, and team training. His leadership style emphasizes accountability, respect, and personal growth. He’s not only committed to solving problems but to helping his team level up in skill, confidence, and professionalism.
