Andrus, Douglas (72) managing broker of Keller Williams Lakeside Realty fought the good fight, but lost that battle on Sunday, October 11, 2026. We all lost a dear friend that was always ready to share his 40+ years of real estate knowledge for the good of the industry as a whole with anyone that needed his help or guidance in any way. Doug has been a Broker, Agent, Mentor, Leader, and served on MiRealSource Board of Directors, served as President of MiRealSource, and on many Committees/Task Force projects over the years.
We are all better for knowing Doug and his willingness to share that one-of-a-kind laugh, smile, story, and insight that only Doug could bring to us and still have a lesson to learn in whatever he was sharing at that moment. With a larger-than-life personality, he will be missed more than words can say.
Our sincerest sympathies to Kim, the children, the KW Lakeside Realty family, and all those that have been touched by Doug in the past 40+ years.
Thank you for being a ‘true friend’ to so many – you always made every individual in the room feel included and loved. That is a life to be celebrated!
