Is an ounce of energy that you won't have to move your life forward.

This is something all successful people understand very well.

By getting involved in bu****it...

You only f**k yourself over.

Cut the negativity out and replace it with people, conversations, and content that adds to your energy instead of draining it.

Your energy is an extremely valuable and limited resource...

It's time you start treating it as such.

GET COMFORTABLE BEING UNCOMFORTABLE!

(This one hit home for me)

The path of least resistance is the fool's path.

Lots of people take it and there is very little reward along the way.

If you want anything outside the realm of "normal"...

You are gonna need to get real comfortable being uncomfortable.

If you condition yourself to be able and willing to deal with the uncomfortable...

You are less likely to be caught off guard in the difficult situations that come along in life.

You'll find the peace you are looking for in the acceptance of reality and the strengthening of self.

It's always gonna be hard.

Get harder and keep moving.
