This homeowner had leaks from their old bathrooms (see previous posts) that caused damage in their kitchen. The plumbing was fixed but before the drywall was repaired the homeowner wanted to replace the old steel plumbing with new pvc. They also wanted to remove the soffits and add some recessed lighting. The end result is a bright kitchen that flows into the nook area making it look bigger and much brighter.

This owner’s suite bathroom was gutted to the studs. There was a linen closet adjacent to the shower that was removed in order to make a larger shower. Instead of a niche in the shower we added a shelf for a cleaner look. New tile, marble floors, and new fixtures as well as improved lighting were drastic improvements.

Separate mirrors as opposed to one larger one actually makes the space look bigger and more symmetrical. This bathroom was gutted to the studs and redone.
