When I think back to when I began 44 years ago, (as a Broker's Executive Secretary, then eventually Managed the Closing Department
was Office Manager, training new agents on Documents, Procedures, Verbiage, how to put together a Purchase Agreement that would get all parties to the table to actually close the transaction) Land Contracts & Assumable Mortgages, PMMs, were the name of the game due to Mortgage Interest Rates in the 18-23% Range.
Today might be a great time to sell on a Land Contract, or get creative with financing the same ways we needed to back then... Income + ROI on an asset you already own & know so well.

Although I nor my husband are retired yet we can still enjoy fun times at the OPC located on Letica off Parkdale Road (named 24 Mile Road on the East side of Dequidre, the division Road between Macomb & Oakland Counties), West of Main Street in Rochester, MI.
If you are a resident of Shelby Twp., MI the Annual Charge to become a member is only slightly more.
I'm looking forward to using the indoor walking track when the weather changes with the Seasons; just one of the features of the OPC.
