Every real estate transaction is different, and I always tell my first-time homebuyers that buying a home is an emotional roller coaster. Some deals are smooth, and some test everyone's patience.

This one definitely had its share of unexpected twists, last-minute hurdles, and moments where we all had to trust that things would work out the way they were meant to. And they did.

Melissa and Tyler, I am so proud of you for hanging in there and not giving up. We waited for the right home, and even when the process got stressful, you handled it with so much grace.

Now it's official—no more paying rent, so much more space, and a home that's truly your own. I cannot wait to see how you make it your own and celebrate this next chapter with you.

This is the part of real estate that gets me every single time.

I always leave a closing feeling grateful, but when clients come back to me years later to sell their first home and buy their next one, it's something I never take for granted. There is truly no bigger compliment.

I have absolutely fallen in love with this family, and I can't wait to watch them grow old in this home and raise their family here.

I never take client appreciation lightly. My entire business is built on referrals from friends, family, and past clients — and I wouldn’t have it any other way. I’d rather spend my time and energy spoiling the people who support my business than paying for cold leads or internet bots. 💛

This year was our 3rd Annual Mother’s Day Photo Shoot, and it’s become one of my favorite traditions. Moms are usually the ones behind the camera, making memories for everyone else, so I love giving them the chance to be in front of it for once.

Hands down, my favorite job will always be being their mom. It’s nonstop, often thankless, and definitely not high-paying—but it’s the most rewarding role I’ve ever experienced.

Happy Mother’s Day to all the incredible moms out there. Today isn’t about the flowers or the cards—it’s about the honor and blessing of being called “Mom.” It’s a title that only a few get to share with your children, and that makes it truly special.
