Today was a finish line that’s been in the making for a while. While completing floor time, I got a lead for a sale with Probate back in March. My good friend Mitchell and I met with them at their parents home in Washington Twp. This home had only been owned by their parents since 1978. They explained their needs and that they were currently in Probate hoping to have it completed by the beginning of May. They did just that. They completed an Estate Sale and had the home professionally cleaned from top to bottom(the home looked completely different😯). I listed the home and they accepted an offer shortly after. We finally got the final approval from Probate and CLOSED today. I wanted to make the closing easier for them as they live in Lansing so I told them I’ll drive to there. Of course Jaylen took that two hour drive to Lansing with me🥰 Big thank you to Keller Williams Lansing for hosting us today!
