I’m not one to discredit or talk about local business owners, I am a local business owner myself. But right is right and wrong is wrong!

Made a morning appointment a couple weeks ago to do our taxes cause my husband has to be at work at a certain time.

Appointment was at 11:30. Got a call at 10:21 to be on a call back because they are behind only to call at 11:30 and say we’re next. We get there 11:35 cause we don’t live that far from the place. I asked the people who came in after us what time their appointment is and she said 12, so half hour block in between? That’s not right. We sit for 1 1/2 hours before we get called back. I tried telling the lady up front that my husband didn’t have much time and we wanted to reschedule, she says I don’t want to do that because it would be by the end of March and the lady is just printing and almost done, which was another 20 mins!

Finally, We get called back and we sit down and the only question my husband asked was “do you know much much time it will take? Just so I can call my father in law to pick up my wife.” Her head did a 360 like he struck her! With a nasty attitude says, “I don’t know, I’m not a psychic. If you want Standard I can print them like this or you can do it online by yourself, I’m busy its tax season.”

Hubby says “I’m not trying to he rude, just want to make sure someone can pick up my wife cause I gotta be at work and what is standard?”

She proceeds to hand over our paperwork back and says I can’t do your taxes!

Zina was RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL! Made us wait hours and got crabby because you booked people within a half hour block for taxes when it should be at least an hour but your greed got the best of you. We weren’t paying with rocks it was hard earned cash!

You are not the only person in business and you won’t be for long if that’s how you treat clients.
