HOMEOWNERSHIP RATE DECREASE
We are pleased to share MI Home Loan and MI Home Loan with DPA interest rates have decreased effective Wednesday, February 11, 2026.

Our new interest rates are as follows:

MI Home Loan no DPA 5.750%

MI Home Loan up to $10,000 DPA 6.375%

Loan reservations submitted prior to this announcement on February 11, 2026, we will proactively reach out to the Lender to honor the new rate.
Any reservations submitted before February 11, 2026, will remain at the previously published rate.
Expired or expiring reservations will be extended to the worst-case scenario rate.
Property change will require a new reservation at the current posted rate per our reservation policy.
