*Ability to work unsupervised and make executive decisions is a must.

*Previous work experience showing this ability is preferred.

* previous maintenance experience is also a bonus.

Cleaning at appartment complex in shelby. Coming 2-3 times a week to clean outside covered hallways and indoor laundry room. This usually 2 to 3 hours so approximately 4 to 9 hours per week. Occasionally, we will need to turn an apartment. This usually requires an additional 4 to 6 hours of cleaning. Completion time of 1 to 2 weeks is expected. Extra hours can typically be acquired (if/when requested).

Laid back position perfect for a responsible individual looking to gain some extra hours through the week with flexible scheduling.

Due to COVID-19 the office is currently closed to the public (I know,😱 shocker right??). But that doesn't mean we are not still processing, no human contact required 👏! You can pick up an application from the box labeled "applications " outside the office door. Make sure to fill it out in its entirety (message shelby villa any time for application help! 🙂). If you are applying for a 2 bedroom, there is no wait! Submit your 2 bedroom application with the following:

*1 application for each adult over 18
* 1$20 fee per application
*copies of birth certificates and social security. cards for each household member
* I will contact you upon recieving your application
