🏠 Rental Application Update

We want to apologize for the delay in getting back to everyone who applied for the rental property on North Douglas. We received a large number of applications, and we appreciate everyone’s patience while we worked through them.

Applications are processed one at a time in the order they are received, using the same rental criteria for each applicant. We have now completed the review process and have our first qualifying applicant, with a showing scheduled. Please note that the property is not yet leased.
