Pricing is the main factor in whether a home sells, or stays on the market. A well priced home should go under contract within two weeks of being listed.

Pricing.

Price too high = low exposure and interest, stays on market longer.

Price too low = High exposure, but low profit.

What's the hardest part about being a realtor?

Consistency.

Not generating leads, not working for clients... consistency.

Consistently delivering results, consistently managing expectations, consistently being distracted by the world, etc.

To be successful, you must be consistent in your beliefs, actions, and results. Identify what it is you want in life, make it a priority, then determine what you have to do EVERY DAY to get there.
