Kelley Real Estate Appraisers has moved to our new office in Shelley, Idaho, which is 6 miles south of Idaho Falls. We were sad to leave our other office as we had been there since 2004.

However, I did not need as large of an office and so I down-sized into a quaint building constructed at the turn of the last century.

Life is beginning to settle down since the unfortunate and sudden death of my partner Greg.

I look forward to serving you and using my more than 25 years of experience to provide you with quality appraisal analysis and valuation.

I am sad to announce the passing of my partner and brother, Greg Kelley, who paased away earlier this morning, April 9, just after midnight.

He had fought and won a battle against bone marrow cancer, but got covid-19 unexpectedly while starting his maintenance program. In his compromise state, he became severely ill and was placed on the ventilator at the beginning of March.

He leaves behind an amazing wife, three beautiful children and many wonderful grandchildren. He will be greatly greatly missed by all. He is lauded by many as a great man of integrity, kjndness, and compassion, who served superbly in every station of life.

He was a great mentor to me and an excellent real estate appraiser. He had a wealth of knowledge, insight, and expertise about the profession. I will greatly miss working with him and sharing ideas and thoughts about properties and value.

Both of us have a strong belief in God and in life after death. We know we all will be together again as a family. This is a great knowledge snd understanding to have at this time in life.

Kelley Real Estate Appraisers, Inc., will continue providing appraisal services to our clientele and to others throughout the greater Eastern Idaho and Western Wyoming regions. We appreciate your business.

Dear Clients, customers, and colleagues:

As some of you may know, my brother and partner Greg has contracted covid-19 while recuperating from cancer. Because of his audoimmune deficiency, he quickly became ill, was hospitalized and eventually was placed on a ventilator.

He has been on a ventilator for several weeks now and is slowly improving. However, it's going to be a very long process for him to recover.

We appreciate all the prayers on his behalf and all those that will be given in the future. We have a strong belief that God answers prayers, and if it be His will, Greg will recover.

In the meantime, I will be handling his work, as well as my own. I have gone through all of his assignments and believe I have them all. But, if I have not contacted you, please call me at 208-521-5059 and I will be sure to pick up where he left off and complete the work in a timely matter.
