They’re not all easy, but they’re all worth the effort. This is the “Long Haul” Story… Kristina logged hundreds of back-road miles and countless hours of time over the 663 days that she had this mountain property listed for sale - regardless of market conditions, she never wavered in her efforts.

Understanding her Sellers desire to recoup as much of his investment as possible, the property was initially listed at $350k - on the higher side of a declining market… Kristina kept the Seller informed of market changes, trends, and comparable property listings and sales throughout the process, while always enthusiastically marketing and showing the property… the Seller was patient and understanding, and eventually got the price just under $200k and received multiple offers within a very short time. While this is an example of our cautionary words of advice to “avoid chasing the market down” - everyone is happy in the end to have completed the sale and closed the chapter on this project. Even though we all (except the buyer, probably) would have loved to see a better price, it all worked in the end.

Lessons were lived and learned, and these are often more valuable than the easy wins.

Kudos to Kristina for a solid effort from start to finish, and thank you to our Seller who has been great to work with the entire time, we appreciate the opportunity and the challenge! 😉 And of course, thanks to for bringing the buyer to this beautiful mountain property, always great working with you!
