Lakeshore property management is adding a Plumber to its list of on-call Westchester based plumbers. This position is perfect for someone who works full time and is looking for additional hours on nights and weekends.

Lakeshore’s westchester county properties range as north as Yorktown heights to as south as Yonkers.

Most work is repair related, however, new construction/installation work is available during unit turnover renovations.

Salary is $50 per hour with a 3 hour minimum ($150) payout.

5 years minimum experience in plumbing & heating

2 years minimum service repair

Must have tools and transportation to the job sites
