Kevin, what an honor and privilege its been working alongside you, You courageously did what many don’t have the capacity to do alone.

Selling his father’s home after he suddenly passed, needing to align with an estate attorney, clear out the house, prepare the house and manage ALL of this while serving our Country from another state.

To say Im proud is an understatement. Ive been so humbled by you, thank you for your trust in me alongside this bittersweet journey.

We pushed the limits with financing options on this one, some of the conditions could have made or break certain financing. After SOOO many showings and multiple offers he accepted a standard conventional over a rehab loan, if you know rehab loans, they are long, drawn out and still not a guarantee.

Only a few very minor things needed addressed and we are officially closed, hooray!

Kevin trusted the process and stood tall, I couldn’t be more pleased and proud of this outcome.

I received a buyer referral for a sweet couple looking to buy their forever home, they had previously looked at several homes and weren’t seeing what they were looking for and decided on a new direction by contacting me.
