25 years ago today I watched the Towers fall from the other side of the Hudson River. So much has changed since that day. It still feels like yesterday but also so long ago. I still carry with me the feeling of unity that everyone in the area felt for about 3 months after 9/11. And then everything went back to “normal” - a new normal. Somber and different. With the divisiveness in the world right now now I wish we could get back to that togetherness.
