Congratulations to my buyers who just closed on their first home ever!
It was quite the experience for all of us. Sometimes the journey doesn’t go as planned… and that’s exactly how it’s meant to be.
We were in escrow on a previous home for 33 days. The seller's side could not perform, and we had to pivot and start over. There were moments of doubt, frustration, and “what now?" but also moments of hope that kept us moving.
Fast forward… the right home came along, everything aligned, and we closed even sooner than expected.
A true reminder that delays aren’t always denials, they’re often redirections to something better.
