We started talking at the beginning of October discussing needs, wants, wishlist, and dissecting homes. We met for the first time on October 25th, got straight to work, and did it again on the 26th. We were in escrow by the 30th.

I was able to negotiate two price reductions for my clients, securing the home for less than what the sellers paid four years ago. We agreed to a slightly longer than 30 day escrow to help the sellers, closing just in time for the holidays and New Year 🙏🥂
