Two Important Reminders for the New Year
1. Take a moment and check the expiration date on your license. You MUST have a current government issued Id (drivers license, state id card or passport) to complete notarizations. As a notary, I must see the original id, not a copy, to complete a notarization.

2. If you are a caregiver for a senior, PLEASE make sure that they have a current state identification card if they are no longer driving. If you need to have a medical directive, power of attorney form or a will notarized, they MUST have a current id.
