I really do love this floor plan. You can all gather around that HUGE kitchen island when you want to be together… and then everybody can go to their own corners when you’ve had enough togetherness. 😂

The primary suite is privately tucked downstairs, the other bedrooms are upstairs, there’s a dedicated office, a giant pantry, AND Texoma Health Foundation Park is just down the road.

Adventure #1 | Coming Home from Oregon

I came to Oregon for a wedding.

I left with memories of the Pacific Ocean, Depoe Bay, Newport, sea air, coffee, laughter, and even watching a whale splash just off the coast.

Now I’m home after flying all night. I’m exhausted. I’m grateful. And, I’m excited to get back to Arkansas.
This adventure is ending… but, the next one starts tomorrow when I leave for GrandMommy duty! My favorite one of all!

This weekend filled my heart. 🧡

We kicked things off on Friday wandering the streets of Eureka Springs with Chuck & Noel, then spent then afternoon floating and relaxing on paddle boards. ☀️🚣On Saturday we enjoyed an unforgettable day on the lake with Chuck, Noel, Rob, and Pam. 🏄🏼 Rob & Pam topped the day off by surprising us with tickets to the Fourth of July celebration at the Walmart AMP. 🇺🇸A live orchestra 🎻🎶🪊, an incredible fireworks show 🧨💥, and then…God decided to add His own special effects. As fireworks filled the sky, lightning danced across the clouds in perfect harmony. It was one of the most beautiful displays I’ve ever seen.

Chuck & Noel, thank you for making the trip from Texas to Arkansas. We miss you guys so much. Having you here made this house feel more like home. Unfortunately, I did not get a picture of us riding around in Chuck’s amazing race car. Thank you, Rob & Pam, for all the help with planning, for baking and making such beautiful cookies ⭐️, for the tickets, the company, and little touches that made the weekend so incredibly special. 🫶 We loved every minute we got to spend with all of you.

Today was a special closing for our family.

My son and daughter-in-law officially became homeowners! 🏡❤️

As a Realtor, I’ve had the privilege of helping many families buy and sell homes, but helping your own family is always different. This one required a tremendous amount of teamwork, creativity, flexibility, and dedication from so many people.

Your commitment to finding solutions, uncovering every opportunity available, and guiding Karl and Jordan through the lending process made all the difference. We are so grateful for the care and determination you brought to this transaction.

Thank you to Rachel Sullivan with Lake & Country Realty for being a true partner throughout the process. Your professionalism, communication, and willingness to work together helped keep everything moving forward.

This transaction happened during a season of major transition for me personally. Parts of it were handled in Texas, parts while traveling between states, and much of it remotely from Arkansas. There were phone calls, favors, miles traveled, and more moving pieces than most people will ever know.

But that’s what I love about real estate. When good people come together with a shared goal, amazing things can happen.
