Wishful thinking….my dinner tonight is beef stew slow cooking all day. I say wishful thinking because my recipe came from cookforpennies. That’s old news…🙄

After my first cup of coffee, I will prepare my ingredients and start the slow 5-7 hour slow cook. The best part is the aroma the dogs and I enjoy through the day.

It was great talking to Kathy Brune last night. She is a beautiful soul!!! Happy Mid-Term Eve! We love our friends and family and think of you daily! God Bless America….🇺🇸❤️🙏
