We are currently looking for a Bilingual Leasing Agent to join our team for our Sherman and Denison properties. No experience necessary, however a plus!
Work hours would be Monday-Friday 9-5pm Saturday 10-3pm
This is a very fast paced job!
Some of your responsibilities would include the following:
*provide excellent customer service
*answer phones calls and enter payments into the computer
*conduct apartment tours for prospective residents
*process lease applications and related paperwork
*answer customer inquiries and address concerns
*maintain accurate resident records

Actualmente estamos buscando un agente de arrendamiento bilingüe para unirse a nuestro equipo para nuestras propiedades de Sherman y Denison. No se necesita experiencia, ¡pero es una ventaja!
