It has been a wet & stormy start to our Friday, but this should expire at noon. Overall, lingering showers & storms should clear by 1-2 PM.

We dry out for the second half of our Friday with highs climbing into the mid to upper 80’s. This will set the stage our pool party!! Nice cool but humid afternoon to enjoy hot dogs and cold drinks poolside.

✨ Thirsty Thursday Tradition Continues! ✨

Hey 23Hundred family! We’ve heard some questions about whether our community events are changing with the new management—and I want to reassure you: Thirsty Thursdays are not going anywhere!

For those who haven't met me yet, I’m Kim, your new Community Director. I’m a local girl—I grew up right down the road and graduated from Howe—so this area truly feels like home to me. I bring 10 years of property management experience with me, but more importantly, I believe in treating my community as if it were my own and every resident as family.

I am so excited to be here and can’t wait to keep our favorite traditions alive. Here is the plan for tomorrow, Thursday, June 4th:

Drop your request: Comment your favorite drink (tea, coffee, soda, lemonade, or energy drink) on tomorrows post!

Order Window: 12 PM – 3 PM.

Pick Up: Starting at 4 PM in the leasing office.
