Rather than isolating a single month, the trending reports reflect 12 months of data for single family resale properties and compare the current trend to the prior 12 month period (a "rolling 12"). Inventory and Days on Market continue to build in most of our areas. "Months of Inventory" is the time it would take to sell all of the current houses on the market at the current rate of sale if no new houses came on the market.
