These classes are FREE for those with an insurance program membership such as Silver Sneakers, Renew Active, or Silver & Fit! 💪

Those insurance program memberships also get you unlimited access to our gym equipment AND we offer a FREE equipment tutorial to any member! That way you can feel confident & comfortable when you walk into the gym! !

We also offer a 10% senior discount to those who don't have an insurance program!

Fall is here & we can't believe October is right around the corner 🍁

💕 Precision Training Concepts Pro Trainer, Sabir Bacon, is coming back again this year with his Bootcamp classes to raise money & awareness for Men Wear Pink of South Central PA!

🥾 Our 1st ever Beginner Hiking Group is coming up & should be a lot of fun & Cole Amsden will be bringing an educational aspect to it!

🎃 Stay tuned for something fun for Halloween!

We are SO excited to welcome everyone back through the doors starting on Monday, August 7th!

We will resume normal operating hours & a full schedule of group classes!

The Studios of Perry Strength upstairs WILL be coming back, but that portion of the building is still under construction! 🧘‍♀️🚧
