Before starting at iRealty Arkansas in 2013, Kristen graduated from Henderson State University with a BS and MS in Sports Administration and became the Director of Parks and Recreation for the City of Jacksonville. Her experience not only honed her ability to solve problems, but taught her the excellent customer service skills she is known for. She is actively involved in her community, President of the Sertoma Club and President of Board of Director for the Jacksonville Boys and Girls Club. In her spare time she enjoys playing tennis, writing parodies, singing karaoke, and spending time with her guys.
