I just received a CC email from a recent buyer I help to find, and close on their new home. Here is what he sent a friend who had asked about a good realtor:

As far as a realtor goes, we had a great experience with our agent, Ken Bunn. He lives down in Sherwood, so I'm sure he knows Tigard well. He showed a deep knowledge of the construction and real estate history of the area, as well as quite a few good tips on what to look and look out for. So much of the actual finding a house is combing through the MLS yourself these days, so the agent is less important in that regard, but I can say that Ken always kept his appointments and was timely and professional in handling the business side of things. Not to mention patient with us taking more than a year to end up finding the place we eventually bought. All in all, I was favorably impressed.
