Independence Day Family Celebration
Date: Monday, July 3, 2023
Location: The Greens at North Hills
Time: Course opens at 6 pm, Fireworks at dark
Featuring: City provided fairway parking, food truck park, bounce houses, shuttle to viewing areas, and a DJ.

There will be an additional cover charge event with finger food and soft drinks located in The Greens events center. The cost is $20 per person. Ticketing information will be provided soon. Space will be limited. First come first serve. The proceeds from this event will benefit the Sherwood Humane Animal Shelter.

Our new building at 3901 Warden Road in North little Rock is nearing completion. We will now turn it over to our new tenants, Chicken Salad Chick and Jersey Mike's so they can begin their interior construction. They should be ready to open late spring or early summer. We can't wait to order lunch and dinner!

It's been a while since we reported on the progress of our new building at the Other Center Shopping Center. The building skin is going up and most of the curbs and landscape islands are in place in the parking lot. We plan to put a fresh coat of sealant and restripe the entire shopping center parking lot when the asphalt is installed at the new building. We hope that this will give the entire center a fresh look!
