Itā€™s been a while since Iā€™ve introduced myself, and with some new faces around here, I thought Iā€™d share a little about me. šŸ¤

Iā€™m a wife, mom of two, dog mom to three, and a REALTORĀ® with Live Laugh Illinois. When Iā€™m not working, you can usually find me spending time with my family, enjoying our local community, or finding an excuse to grab a good cup of coffee. ā˜•ļø

Before real estate, I spent more than five years working in mortgage processing. That experience taught me so much about the home-buying process, but more importantly, it showed me how meaningful it is to have someone in your corner who will take the time to explain things, answer questions, and simply listen.

Thatā€™s still at the heart of how I approach real estate today.

For me, this business has never been about transactions. Itā€™s about people, relationships, and being a resourceā€”sometimes long before someone is ready to buy or sell and long after the closing table.

Thereā€™s something extra special about handing the keys to a first-time homebuyer! šŸ”‘

I had the privilege of helping Jase accomplish such an exciting milestoneā€”purchasing his very first home! Iā€™m so thankful he trusted me to guide him through this journey. Watching a young first-time buyer work toward homeownership and finally make it to closing day is one of the best parts of what I do.

According to ATTOM's latest U.S. Home Equity Report, more than 4 in 10 mortgaged homes in the country are equity-rich. That means the owner owes less than half of what the home is worth. Not paid off, not decades in. Just past the halfway mark, often sooner than people expect.
