Looking for a home in the near future?? A couple things you should know!

First.....get a pre approval letter! Sellers love to know they are dealing with someone who is legitimately able to finalize the transaction. I know I do, don’t you??

Second....make sure you are financially prepared for a down payment. Most transactions will require at least 5% down plus, most likely out of pocket closing costs!

Not an expert in real estate?? Here’s a quick tip. If you are related to or are friends with a real estate agent don’t be afraid to use that person! They don’t need to know your income or other personal info. That’s the banks job! The real estate agent, aka your friend, is in it for you! They want to get you the best price possible on the house that is right for you. So no matter where a house is listed, call your family/friend that is a real estate agent. I guarantee they have more of a reason to perform well than someone you don’t know. But if you don’t know a realtor....call me!! 😂 Good luck!!
