By historical standards interest rates are still low! Many are thinking that the Fed is getting ready to lower rates as inflation rates have slightly subsided. Don't count on it! As we know if they lower by even a quarter point it can lead to higher inflation rates again. What am I trying to say? Now is the time to list if you're thinking about listing, and now is the time to look to buy if your thinking about buying. Think also about all the chaos in the world and the political tumult in our country. I currently don't have any listings so my total attention would be on you! Please let me know if I can help!

It’s that time of the year when everyone heads down to the shore! So lots of people= lots of people dreaming about living here full time. If your thinking about listing your home now is the time! Inventory is low so prices are hi, and at the moment I don’t have any listings so my full attention will be on you. If you are thinking about buying, yes interest rates are higher than they have been and will most likely continue to rise so we don’t become like Germany circa 1923. However, they are still low by historical standards!! I can remember someone doing cartwheels for getting a 7.85 rate in 1997. So if your listing or buying now is the time!
