**Trying to find the Fisher Lane property in Orondo? 📍**

This is one of those properties where simply dropping the location into GPS doesn't necessarily tell the whole story.

Our current Fisher Lane listing is approximately **102 acres in Orondo, WA**, with access through the Pine Creek North area using private dirt and gravel roads.

The most important direction:

➡️ **Take Hwy 97 North through Orondo — do NOT take Hwy 2.**

From there, you'll enter from Fisher Lane near Orondo Park and follow a series of forks, signs, and private access roads toward the property.

I've put together a visual directions guide showing both the route and parcel layout because that's much easier than trying to decipher rural access once you're already out there.

Today was one of those reminders that real estate is about much more than the house.

I was out in Black Diamond while helping clients move forward on what may become their future home, and I stopped for lunch nearby at Ristrettos Coffee & Wine.

By chance, I met the owner — and found out she is only there two days a week. Perfect timing.

That kind of moment matters.

When buyers are relocating, moving into a new area, or trying to decide if a home truly fits their lifestyle, the community around the property becomes part of the decision. The coffee shop. The local conversations. The people who make the area feel like home before you even move in.

This is why I believe in staying involved beyond the showing. My role is not just to help clients find a property. It is to help them understand the area, the lifestyle, the trade-offs, and whether the move actually fits their goals.

Black Diamond continues to be one of those communities where buyers can find space, character, and a slower pace while still staying connected to the greater Puget Sound area.
