The Millennium Family would like to extend our warmest wishes for a happy retirement to both Clem and Kevin! We thank you for the many years of trust and confidence - putting your buildings in our hands. You are the reason Millennium was created, and you played a big part in our growth and development!

Here’s a short story about our relationship over the years…

Over 20 years ago when I was with the “Dark Side”, I began developing a working relationship with a client of mine - Pratt Ordway. Over time, our business relationship also turned into a friendship. Ten years ago, after having left the cleaning industry for several years, I received a call from Clem asking me to put together a program for some of Pratt Ordway properties – this was the beginning of Millennium Management Services. Over the past decade our friendship and business relationship have grown to the point where I hate to see you retire! Although, I am still very happy for both of you!
