Amazing service story…….tonight we thought Jon’s phone may have got lost or tossed into the garbage can which then went directly to the compacter. Despite our language barrier, two of our cleaning crew spent 20 minutes inside the compacter looking for the right bag for the phone (no phone!)

Great news is that we found the phone back in the theater (Our cleaners found it as well)

They could not have been more accommodating and willing to help.

We thank you for the many years of trust and confidence - putting your buildings in our hands. You are the reason Millennium was created, and you played a big part in our growth and development!

Here’s a short story about our relationship over the years…

Over 20 years ago when I was with the “Dark Side”, I began developing a working relationship with a client of mine - Pratt Ordway. Over time, our business relationship also turned into a friendship. Ten years ago, after having left the cleaning industry for several years, I received a call from Clem asking me to put together a program for some of Pratt Ordway properties – this was the beginning of Millennium Management Services. Over the past decade our friendship and business relationship have grown to the point where I hate to see you retire! Although, I am still very happy for both of you!

Congratulations on your well-deserved retirement! We wish you all the best for the next chapter!
