3 closings. 3 different stories. One incredible week. 🏡🔑

The first home was one of the very first homes I ever sold. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of helping these clients with three transactions, and now they’re beginning an exciting new chapter by moving out of state. Thank you for trusting me time and time again!

The second home belonged to someone I actually went to school with. He had an appraisal done just two months before listing that came in over $30,000 lower than what we ultimately sold it for. After multiple offers, we closed $26,000 over asking price!

Some things really do come full circle.

This first photo is of me and my childhood best friend, Jake. We spent countless days together before his family moved away, but our families always stayed in touch.

Fast forward to today… we’re both REALTORS®. Jake Shipla, Realtor - ReeceNichols now serves the Kansas City area, and when his parents decided it was time to sell their Illinois home, he trusted me enough to send them my way.

We hit the market with strong interest right away. Our first contract fell apart because of a home sale contingency, but that’s real estate. We got right back to work, received another strong offer almost immediately, and today we’re officially SOLD! 🏡
