I worked with Celia Da Silva to purchase my first home in late 2021. She was very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable through the entire process – from finding a mortgage lender to the final closing.
Celia went above and beyond at every point. During our initial consultation, she not only listened to my needs and wants, but also made additional suggestions based on what I mentioned about my lifestyle and future plans. Once we began the search, I looked at a number of houses before putting in an offer on one. Celia was very observant during these showings – she identified potential defects or flaws and various ‘tricks’ that might be hiding deeper issues. She was also knowledgeable about local contractors and constructions companies that had done previous work on properties. She made connections between the properties I wanted to view to help refine her suggestions about properties I might be interested in. Once I was ready to put in an offer, Celia helped to craft a strong offer (which was accepted over several others).
Celia was incredibly available during the process. At one point, when we were putting together the offer, I talked to her after 8 and the evening and again before 8 the following morning.
I’m very happy with my home purchase and working with Celia was great. I would recommend working with her to anyone looking to purchase a home.
