This one means a little more. 🏡👏

After more than 3 YEARS of searching for the right home, watching the market, and staying patient, one of my good friends can officially call himself a homeowner!

What I’m most proud of is everything that went into making this happen. He put his head down, grinded, stayed focused on his goals, and put himself in a position to make homeownership a reality. Getting to be a small part of that journey and watch it all come together was pretty damn cool.

And I truly think we found the perfect one. Close to family, in a great spot, and a property with a TON of potential for them to make it their own while adding some serious value along the way.
