Another Brookfield property Sold!

📢 Cool story long post ahead!!!

4 years ago, this seller needed a property to buy for his investments (1031). We saw a couple houses but ultimately ended up choosing the property he had already seen with another realtor. Due to procuring causes, I couldn't help him with the sale, which he was upset about since he had preferred working with me. He told me when he sell, he'd give me a call. Well, 4 years later and nearly $135k richer I got a call to help sell his property just in time before the market took a shift. We created a plan, did the prep work and I had the great opportunity to help sell his wonderful condo in one day at full list price and no contingencies!
