Blau & Berg Secures 31,800 SF Industrial Sale at 900 Durham Avenue in South Plainfield

Blau & Berg's Scott Savastano and Nick Savastano had the pleasure of representing the buyer, a well-positioned investor, in this significant industrial transaction. Cushman & Wakefield's Andrew Schwartz, Jordan Sobel, André Balthazard, Dan Bottiglieri and Ryan Larkin represented the seller, Roaring Brook Investment One LLC.

IOS Lease for 2.24 Acres with 16,600 SF at 445 Wilson Avenue in Newark, NJ!

We’re excited to announce the successful lease renewal of O'Neill Logistics at Terreno Realty Corporation’s well-located industrial property in the North Ironbound section of Newark.

This deal came together seamlessly thanks to the strong collaboration between the tenant and the landlord. Both O’Neill Logistics and Terreno worked hand-in-hand to keep this strategic location secured for the tenant’s ongoing 3PL and transportation operations.

The 16,600 SF warehouse sits on 2.24 acres and features an 18-foot clear height, 11 loading docks plus a drive-in door, a spacious 130–140-foot truck court, and approximately 2,400 SF of office space. Its location offers excellent access to major highways, Newark Liberty International Airport, and the Port of Newark.
