I knew New Jersey had some great wineries… but I didn’t realize there are more than 90 wineries spread across the state.

As someone who loves wine, I was way too excited when I came across this article. I’ve been lucky enough to visit a few of these already and always enjoy discovering new spots for a girls’ day, date night, or weekend adventure. But after reading through this list, it’s safe to say I have a lot more NJ wine country left to explore.

Hollywood came to Cranford this week.

Jason Bateman and Sam Rockwell were spotted filming scenes for an upcoming Netflix movie in downtown Cranford, and I can’t be the only one wishing I had accidentally wandered into town that day.

As someone who rarely gets starstruck, Jason Bateman might be one of the few exceptions. And if Sam Rockwell happened to sneak one of his legendary dance scenes into the movie while filming here, even better.

Think bidding wars are over? Not so fast.

So far this June, homes in Clark, Cranford, Garwood, Mountainside, Scotch Plains, and Westfield have sold for an average of 105% of their list price.

A few standout sales:
366 Rolling Rock Rd, Mountainside – 118% of list price
11 Fenimore Dr, Scotch Plains – 118% of list price
422 Kimball Ave, Westfield – 119% of list price
5 Willow St, Cranford – an incredible 142% of list price

While not every home will see results like these, it’s a reminder that well-priced, well-presented homes are still generating strong competition in many Union County neighborhoods.
