I am excited to announce that 2022 was a great year. My goal was to simply serve my clients a service where they were cared for, financially and emotionally. Buying or selling a home is the single biggest financial commitment for most families and many people fail to recognise that. What followed from my goal was an incredibly successful year…

⭐️ I am in the top 2% of our MLS ( out of 27000 agents)
⭐️ Ave. Day on Market was only 9 (in the MLS for our area the average is 37)
⭐️ My average sales price to list price was 106%, which means my sellers net more in less time.

I am very thankful to everyone that supported me, my team of professionals who help my clients and all the referrals, which are the single biggest compliment I can get! I look forward to an amazing 2023!

I’ve had a wonderful week driving around and visiting lots of my clients in their homes, giving them holiday wishes and gifts. I love seeing the progress they’ve been making in their homes and feel blessed that they all still seek my opinions and share their stories, both good and bad. Buying a home is a huge chapter in our lives and I’m so thankful I get to be apart of their stories. I’m more thankful for the fact that I have gained more friendships year on year, and that I am in a business that is relationship based and allows me to touch more lives. I also took to delivering most of my holiday cards to friends in person, rather than posting. Being able to give everyone an unexpected hello brightened my week! I ran out of time before Christmas, so I may end up delivering cards right into the New Year for those I haven’t seen yet!
