Deed Fraud or title theft is on the rise.
A FREE notification system is now available in Navajo and Apache County to notify you of NEW recorded documents regarding your property.
In Navajo County go to: www.navajocountyaz.gov
under departments select Recorder, then Recording Information. Register for title alerts by creating an account.
For Apache County go to: www.apachecountyaz.gov
under departments select Recorder's Office, Register for Fraud Notify. Sign up to receive notifications.
