Y’all, we are THIS 🤏🏾 CLOSE TO 100%! 💯🔥

Another one of my Spring Part 1 – 2026 Real Estate 101 students just took her real estate exam for the FIRST TIME and PASSED THE NATIONAL PORTION! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

Now she only has ONE THING LEFT — the STATE portion! 🙌🏾

And when, on the FIRST attempt, she knocks that out…

🎯 EVERY STUDENT FROM THIS COHORT WILL HAVE PASSED THEIR REAL ESTATE EXAM!

That means 100% PASSAGE for the entire cohort! 💯🏡🔑

Listen… I'm already proud! Passing the national portion on the first try is something to celebrate, and now we're just waiting on that final piece.

So, no pressure, sis… 😂😂😂
But the class is sitting at 99.9% and looking at you! 👀🤣

Happy Sunday! There’s something special about watching your students go from Real Estate 101 to REAL ESTATE! 🏡💙

Today I had the opportunity to stop by and support one of my former Real Estate 101 students, who is now out here doing her thing as a REALTOR® with Berkshire Hathaway! She did a GREAT job! She was well organized and everything looked professional. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

It was so much fun catching up with her, but even more than that, it did my heart good to see her putting into action what she once sat in my classroom learning.

One thing I want every student who comes through my class to know is this: completion of Real Estate 101 doesn't mean I stop cheering for you. ❤️

Yes, you’ll choose a brokerage. You’ll have a broker and a team to guide you in your career. However your former instructor is still over here in your corner too! I want to see you win. I want to celebrate your milestones. I want to show up when I can. I want you to know that you can still reach out.

Because for me, teaching has never been just about helping students complete 90 hours or prepare for an exam. It’s about watching what happens AFTER the classroom.

And today, I got to witness a little piece of that. 🥹

From student ➡️ licensee ➡️ working REALTOR®… baby, LOOK AT YOU! 🏡🔑

🏡✨ CLOSING DAY! Congratulations, Gary Brown! ✨🏡

What a journey this has been! This transaction is a powerful testimony of perseverance and faith.

Some home-buying stories are smooth...and then there are the stories that become a testimony. Scooby, you took punch after punch—even all the way up to closing day—but you never gave up. Like Balboa, you kept getting back up, kept believing, and kept moving forward.

Through every delay, every obstacle, and every unexpected turn, you remained patient, positive, kind-hearted, and faithful. More times than I can count, I'd be ready to fight on your behalf, and you'd simply say, "It's okay, Boss Lady." Then we'd keep rolling.

Truth be told, I thought I was patient and kind, but somewhere along this journey, you ended up teaching me what patience, grace, and unwavering faith really look like.

And today, God had the final say as we know EVERYTHING HAPPENS THE WAY GOD INTENDS.

When JESUS says YES, NOBODY—and I do mean NOBODY—can say NO! 🙌🏽

What was delayed was never denied. God's timing proved to be perfect, and today it is officially SIGNED. SEALED. DELIVERED...AND YOU'RE HOME! 🔑🏡

Congratulations! It has truly been an honor to walk this journey with you. I pray your new home is filled with God's peace, protection, laughter, love, and countless memories with your family for many years to come.
