Real Estate Eric has over 30 years of successful real estate experience. He helped develop Water's Edge on Cypress Lake in Benton, LA. Pam (Eric's wife) joined him in 2020.

Eric has a financial degree which is very useful to clients understanding the investment they are making in real estate. Pam uses her skills learned from being a secretary in the medical field and a church secretary of twenty years. The Bates Team was so happy to work with Scott Davis on helping him find a home in Shreveport. He was fun to work with. We got to see lots of houses and though we lost bids and found homes, they were gone before we could get the paperwork done. The wait paid off though, and he found a really nice home in a great subdivision. We really appreciated working with Scott, Pierremonth Title and Jeff Norris' staff, and also Grace Rogers. Our smiles says it all!
