With a sad but full and peaceful heart, I wanted to share the passing of my grandmother and co- founder of Flavin Realty, Marilyn Flavin. She was such a beautiful example of love and faithfulness to all! I am extremely grateful to God that He asked of her to lead the charge as the beautiful matriarch of the Flavin Family and as the original, life-long faithful supporter of Flavin Realty. Over the past month much to her liking, she had a steady stream of her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and friends coming to visit her. This has been such a true blessing in allowing her to say her goodbyes, receive our love, hugs, kisses, and final thanks for all that she was to all of us. Also, in true Nana fashion she lovingly offered up her final sufferings to our Lord as she patiently endured the difficulties asked of her in her final months. For quite a while she has often spoken of how ready she was to meet our Lord and be reunited with the love of her life and our beloved Papa (William J. Flavin), so we are grateful that her prayers have finally been answered. Please join our family in praying prayers of thanksgiving for the gift of her long, beautiful life and pray for her soul as she meets Jesus today!

Eternal rest grant unto Marilyn, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon her. Through the mercy of God, may she rest in peace. Amen.
