Why have a reinspect of agreed upon repairs when receipts for the work are provided….. Just check out the before and after…..🙄But a receipt was provided, so just trust that the vent was replaced as requested….

One of the things that we love is new construction- especially when it’s our own! We’ve been building our own homes since the early 1990s which means we’ve learned quite a bit about homes from the dirt to the roof! This one is going to be fun!

We just crossed over the five year mark for Rothell Home Inspections. With a background in firefighting and construction, we hit the ground running. Our goal has always been to help our clients find a home that is safe and meets their needs.
