We just crossed over the five year mark for Rothell Home Inspections. With a background in firefighting and construction, we hit the ground running. Our goal has always been to help our clients find a home that is safe and meets their needs. Hazard?!?! Nothing to see here, folks… This is why crawlspace inspections are important. Occasionally, we have clients who ask to opt out of a crawlspace inspection because adds to the inspection fee. Once we explain the importance of it, they go all in!
