What a way to end the week! TWO closings, one very special client, and a whole lot to be grateful for! 🙌

First and foremost, THANK YOU, Miss Kat! ❤️ Thank you for trusting me through this entire journey, from our very first listing appointment, to putting your home on the market, getting it SOLD, finding your new home, and finally getting you to the closing table for BOTH! 🏡➡️🏡

Helping you close one chapter while opening an exciting new one has been such an honor. And I have to admit, one of the biggest perks was getting the opportunity to love on your sweet fur buddy, Miss Maggie! 🐾💕 She may not have signed any paperwork, but she was definitely part of this transaction! 😂

And y’all… it takes a TEAM to make days like today happen!

Well… this is new. 😂🐾

Got a new office, and apparently my two furball business partners needed to conduct a VERY thorough inspection before approving the workspace.

Gary: “I’ll supervise.” 🐶
Gus: “I’ll handle IT.” 🐈‍⬛💻

And by “handle IT,” Gus apparently means stand directly on the laptop while I’m trying to work. 😂

I’m not sure who promoted these two, but clearly I’m no longer in charge around here.

🏡 LET ME RE-INTRODUCE MYSELF! 🩵

There are quite a few new faces following my page, so I thought it was time for a little re-introduction!

I’m Stephanie Stuart, REALTOR® with Pinnacle Realty Advisors, and I have the privilege of helping buyers, sellers, and investors throughout Shreveport, Bossier City, and Northwest Louisiana.

But here’s probably the thing I’m most proud of:

99% of my business comes from REFERRALS. ❤️

Past clients. Friends. Family. Fellow REALTORS® right here at home, across the United States, and even Canada.

That means people who know me and have worked with me trust me enough to put my name in someone else’s hands. I don’t take that lightly.

And the other 1%? 😂
Apparently, I’m pretty good at answering the wrong phone call at the right time and turning it into a client, connection, or referral!

Real estate is also about more than my own business. I’m honored to serve as the official Mentoring Agent for Pinnacle Realty Advisors, currently mentoring two of our newer agents, and I’m proud to be part of the NWLA Leadership Program 2026.
