Just got that call that we are CLEAR TO CLOSE😌. I don’t know if the title company will be able to hold us with these praises on this one!!

Home Inspection for my buyer was going to have to be moved until next week unless myself or the owner could be at home because it’s still occupied. Owner had to work today So guess what I’m doing… just got off work(food truck) & sitting at the inspection until it’s done.
