Here’s a walk thru of the 3/2 mobile home in Oil City we are wrapping up tomorrow and moving tenants into on Saturday. We still need to put new skirting and new decks on it, but the tenants are anxious to get moved it.
We have another older 3/2 in Vivian that should be coming available in about 3 weeks as well as a 2/1 single family home that we will begin working on by the end of September. If you or anyone you know might be interested in either of them let us know. Both properties are on N. Hickory.

We are looking for a caretaker family for a vacant home in north caddo parish. It is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home.
No rent charged, but you would be responsible for maintaining the property and keeping it in pristine condition. If interested, dm me.

Congratulations to our newest tenants that have agreed to become our foreclosure property caretaker! We will be allowing them to move into properties that are vacant and going through the foreclosure process rent free in exchange for them maintaining the properties until such time we can place the property into our portfolio.
We anticipate having a second property in foreclosure very soon and may be looking for another caretaker. If you are interested in finding out more about this program, let us know.

Starting next week we will begin working on a 3/2 mobile home in Oil City. Here is a walk thru of it before any work starts.

Tomorrow I will be posting a video showing the progress so far. We already have a tenant picked out for this one.

We will be wrapping up on a 3/2 mobile home in Vivian in the next few weeks and then begin work on a 2/1 single family home in Vivian as well.

The tenant that was originally slated for this home has taken it. Our next home will be a 3/2 mobile home in Oil City.
