North Caddo Realty purchased 3 more properties this week.

Two are in Oil City, and both are 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms.
One of them is already rented and the other has tenants that are in the process of moving out, but it will not be available for about a month once it is vacant.

The third is in Vivian and is a 2 bedroom/1 bathroom. This one will not available until around July/August timeframe.

Once we start making repairs on the Oil City home we will start accepting applications.

We started demo this week on our latest home. This one is a 1/1 and will lease for $700-$750 and will be a lease to own.

Just a few short months off the condemnation list and this one will be wrapped up today. It will be ready for new tenant...

If anyone loses power this weekend, message us and we may have a house (in Oil City) available for you to stay in for a couple of days provided it doesn’t lose electricity as well.

If you are interested in renting a 3/2 in Vivian and have not yet submitted an application, message me with your email address and we will send one to you. Must provide proof of income with application. Move in date would be the first week of February.

We have a 1/1, also in Vivian that we will start remodeling in February if anyone is interested in that one.
