Ms Doris trusted Tavia Melton Property Group last year for her new home and this year to sell her old home ! I love her just like an aunt! Her home was under contract originally with another buyer that lost their job near closing. It was definitely a huge disappointment for that buyer. Ms. Doris is so sweet that she kept the home tried waiting on the buyer to get another job. Unfortunately, the home had to go back active after a few months and we had to search and market with "Open House" after "Open House " until another buyer came along .
