I am very excited for our Texas Veteran buyer ! We began the journey about 5 years ago but they decided to make Texas their home . Realtor Marvalyn Nee-Nee licensed in Texas and Louisiana was able to get them to the finish line ! Using a VA loan , you’re able to purchase a home with 0 dollars down ! This was also a beautiful new construction home but the builder was very generous to pay our Veteran buyer’s cost ! Thank you Becky Cook Mason as we worked with this buyer many years and despite several misfortunate life events that took place , they never gave up . This closing was one for the books ! Another dream is now a reality! To God be the Glory !
